There is a special proposal to amend the articles of association and regulations of the company in the special general meeting, and to give all the authority to the board of directors, if necessary, to amend and add to the proposed amendments to the articles of association and regulations of the company according to the instructions of the regulatory bodies. This company is closing the book for the special general meeting on 12th October. Therefore, the permanent shareholders will be able to participate in the special general meeting until November 11th.
