Chitwan: Due to the risk of landslides caused by continuous rainfall, the Narayanghat-Muglin road section will be closed during nighttime. The closure is being implemented following the direction of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority. The authority raised concerns about potential landslides due to heavy rains, leading to the decision to halt traffic during night hours.

Bhaveshwar Rimal, Chief of the Chitwan District Police Office, informed that vehicle movement on this road section will be restricted today and tomorrow. He stated that vehicles, except for essential ones, will not be allowed to operate between 7 PM and 5 AM.
