RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has suggested giving a 10% dividend, which amounts to Rs. 9.44 Crores, for the fiscal year 2080/81.
During their 161st meeting held on Kartik 1, the Board of Directors (BODs) decided to distribute this 10% dividend based on a paid-up capital of Rs. 94.43 Crores. They plan to issue 9.5% in bonus shares and 0.5% as cash dividends (after tax).
Please note that this dividend will be given only after it gets approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and confirmed at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of now, RSDC’s Last Traded Price (LTP) is Rs. 758.00.
