Unilever Nepal Limited has announced a cash dividend of Rs 1,714 per share, including taxes, from its profits for the fiscal year 2080/81, marking its highest-ever dividend payout. This decision was made during the board of directors’ meeting held on October 29.

The company has also set its book closure dates from October 28 to November 30. Shareholders on record as of October 27 will be eligible to attend the general meeting and receive the declared dividend. Last year, the company distributed a dividend of Rs 1,580 per share, including taxes.
