TRADE TOWER THAPATHALI
Trade Tower Thapathali is the group’s first project, which is the largest single commercial building in Nepal constructed on the land acquired from Nepal Food Corporation under a 32-year lease agreement. The complex has been in operation since the last 12 years, and houses corporate clients like the head office of NIC Asia Bank, The British College, Regus, United Insurance, Confederation of Nepalese Industries, Ridi Hydropower, etc.
JANTA RESIDENCY BHAISIPATI
Janata Residency Bhaisepati is the group’s second project under which 190 apartments were constructed and all sold as of now.
HOTEL CRYSTAL PASHUPATI
Hotel Crystal Pashupati marks Trade Tower Group’s first direct entry into the tourism and hospitality sector. The hotel is built and operated by the group itself, featuring 90 luxurious rooms, five versatile event halls, and an exquisite upper and lower deck restaurant.

Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) was established with the aim to develop, build and operate hydropower projects in Sankhuwasava district of Koshi Zone, Nepal. Achieving its goal, AHPC has develop and built 3,000 kW Piluwakhola Small Hydropower Projects as its first Projects. The time, when the group entered into hydropower business, was the new era for private sector to start hydropower projects development in Nepal.
