Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the distributable profit and capital adjustment fund of the last financial year.
The bank has announced to distribute bonus shares of 5.5 percent of the current paid-up capital. The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on Monday, October 21, decided to distribute the dividend at that rate.
The dividend will be distributed after being approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next Annual General Meeting.
