Kathmandu: Citizens Bank International Limited (CBI) is scheduled to close its books on October 10 for general meeting and dividend purposes. The bank’s board of directors meeting held on Monday (October 30) fixed the book closure date.
However, investors have to buy shares before receiving dividends. Because October 24 to October 28 is a public holiday. Therefore, only shareholders standing till October 23 may participate in the meeting. The bank did not mention the date of the meeting.
