Gurans Laghubitta Limited – GLBSL

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha ltd. (GLBSL) is a rising micro finance institution in eastern Nepal providing access to finance to more than 20,000 poor, landless, discarded and marginalized members in 12 districts through 33 branches across Koshi Province. GLBSL received micro finance banking license from the Nepal Rastra bank, Central bank of Nepal in 2073/ 07/22. And company registration office in 2073/02/02. GLBSL provides standard, reliable and sustainable financial services to the poor and marginalized members. It strives to promote saving, encourages income generation, self-employment, supports agriculture and micro–enterprises development, social awareness and provide social security. Gurans started providing financial services with paid up capital of NRs 2 Crore. Now the amount has increase to NRs 10.14 crore. GLBSL is lead by 24 core promoter shareholders along with general public shareholder after IPO.

Our mission is to provide easy, reliable and sustainable financial services to the assets-less, poor, discarded and marginalized member to improve their social and economic standards.

Goal

The general objective of GLBSL is to improve the living standard of landless, poor, marginalized member of rural and urban area and to improve their economic status by lunching various financial, social awareness programme. GLBBS has following specific objectives.
